At Vitalysse, your skincare journey is our priority; if you are not completely satisfied with your derma roller, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. Due to the hygienic nature of microneedling tools, we can only accept returns on items in their original, sealed medical-grade packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Review and Approval

  Our quality assurance team will review your request to ensure the safety seal is intact and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the unused derma roller in its original box and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
